Job Description HR and Admin. Generalist Job Duties and Responsibilities : This position is responsible for supporting the HR Senior Manager and HR and Admin.

Senior Officer in ensuring that Company standards and local rules and regulations are followed in all facets of HR, in establishing and maintaining the Company?

s employee relations and policies and procedures and in ensuring that managers and their respective teams are aware of these systems and are following them and for providing support in all functional areas including but not limited to recruitment, personnel records, employee relations, compensation management, training and special projects, specifically : Recruitment Executes sourcing strategies Sources candidates through varied sourcing channels Screens candidate based on targeted selection Ensures background verification is administered prior to job offer Under the HR and Admin.

Senior Manager?s supervision, prepares Job Offer and other employment documents for candidate based on salary structure and approved budget.

Coordinates with manpower agency for the manpower requirements for contractual, project-based and seasonal employees. HR Administration Facilitates proper coordination for employee?

s onboarding Conducts new employee orientation and introduction to the organization Ensures proper documentation and filing of employee?

s files Training Under the guidance of the HR Manager, identify training and development needs within the organization through the completion of a training needs analysis based on appraisals and consultation with Department Heads Evaluates training and development programs and amending and revising programs in order to adapt to changes in the organization.

Keeping up to date with developments in training thru reading relevant journals, attending relevant meetings and courses, including researching new technologies and methodologies in the workplace.

Performance Management Implementation Ensures implementation of Performance Management schedules Compensation and Benefits Administration Ensures administration of salary from timekeeping to payroll processing Ensures timely and accurate administration of 13th month pay and last pay computation and release Ensures Statutory Benefits reporting and compliance Coordinates with manpower agency for the attendance of contractual, project-based and seasonal employees.

Employee Relations Under the guidance of HR Manager, create and lead engagement programs that are relevant across all levels in the organization.

Organize and implement sports and recreational programs Handle committee meetings for employee-related activities Office Administration Monitors the inventors, prepares Purchase Requisition and corresponding requirements and coordinates with Procurement Department and / or manpower agency for office supplies, cleaning supplies and pantry supplies.

Performs duties that may be assigned from time to time by the immediate superior. Job Requirements : Candidate must be a graduate of B.

S. / B.A Psychology. With at least seven (7) years of working experience as a HR and Admin. Generalist, preferably from the manufacturing industry.

Must possess excellent communication skills including written, oral and interpersonal. Self-motivated, multi-tasker and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision.

Must be detail-orientated and with sense of urgency. With above average skills in Microsoft Office applications, specifically MS Excel, MS Word and MS Powerpoint.

Applicants must be willing to work in Talon V, Las Pinas City and to do field work from time to time in Brgy. Palingon-Tipas, Taguig City, as mandated by the HR and Admin.
