Job Description

  • This position is primarily tasked to directly market, promote, and sell the projects of the Company : Achieve the goals set for each division by doing the tasks assigned to them by the division head.
  • Assume full responsibility in the efficient and successful promotion and marketing of the projects through individual efforts / strategies used.

    Assist in the implementation of all marketing activities and strategies. Offer utmost satisfaction to clients by ensuring a good and healthy professional relationship even after the transaction had been finished.

    Take care of one's own image and branding to better represent the company to all sectors.

    Minimum Qualifications

    Proven sales track record in real estate

    Strong analytical and planning skills

    Exceptionally pleasing personality

    Good communication and presentation skills

    Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills

    Top-notch persuasion skills

    Pleasing personality and keen attention to detail

    Strong negotiation skills

    Has vast network and connections in the A-lister market segment
