The experience we would expect the ideal person to deliver is :
Specific Duties and Responsibilities :
Perform as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SharePoint Document Management System and SharePoint Online
Primary architect for all custom SharePoint Solutions. This includes working with all levels of business both verbally and in writing to determine business needs and how to address them with SharePoint
Lead and Perform software design using software development fundamentals and processes, debug, test and deploy solutions
Provide expertise and support to business managers and other members of IT to determine how to best implement support, and use SharePoint solutions
Participate in all SharePoint projects
Determine when SharePoint is not the right solution for a business problem and communicate this effectively to business leaders
Conduct research on emerging SharePoint development tools and strategies
Manage and Administer SharePoint farm / tenant
Maintain the integrity and reliability of access to information
Interview key stakeholders, gather business requirements and document technical specifications
Coordinate tasks among the team members and deliver tasks based on customer priorities
Design solutions based on best practices for Content Management, User Adoption, Governance, and Change Management
Contribute to continuous process improvements and ensure compliance
Coordinate activities related to development, testing and deployment of SharePoint solutions
Troubleshoot issues and provide timely, accurate responses
Work with teams in multiple geographic locations (US, Europe & Philippines)
Create training materials and business documentation, and train the end users Required Experience and Skills :
Minimum 8 years of experience with at least 4 years on content management solution, preferably
Proficient with SharePoint / SharePoint Online / Office 365
Knowledge of SharePoint Governance, Information Architecture, Server Topology, Service Applications, Web Applications
Experienced in implementation and management of Document Management system
Strong commitment to quality and timely service
SharePoint 2016 experience a plus
Demonstrated commitment to customer service, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Education : Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, Information Technology or related)
