Account Manager - Digital Energy-007H5U

1. Business & profitability

  • Achieve annual order & sales target, with respect to the commercial policies defined by Digital Energy activity and to be defined by Sales Director.
  • 2. Project Pipelines Development : Identify, quantify & follow Digital Energy projects in the Philippines

  • Manage existing system integrators, including account planning and increasing of project pipeline
  • Identify new partners to penetrate untapped market
  • Detect projects at early stage, analyze customer needs and find a solution from our product portfolio to apply to those needs.
  • Work with the end-users, consultants, SI, Contractors to promote & prescribe the Schneider Electric offers.
  • Visit the project decision-makers to specify SE’s products.
  • Update status of such projects within BFO
  • 3. Building Solutions Channel development on Cross Selling

  • Identify potential partners and contribute to develop selected targets into new partnership.
  • Work closely with Channel Development Manager to define, deploy, and follow up panel builder plan in the Philippines.
  • 5. Team player & team spirit

  • Maintain and develop good relations with team and of other department in order to realize follow action plans to resolve issues and to keep abreast information and latest update
  • 6. Demand generation on Building Solutions

  • Develop key customer relationship and develop action plan for each customer. Ensure continuity of effective communication with customers.
  • Working closely with Marketing team to define and execute plans for demand creation and brand awareness within the customer portfolio in charge.
  • Manage and keep updated all key account information and opportunity in BFO.
  • Present and provide technical information necessary to customers.
  • Organize focus group seminars with targeted customers to share of technology and application relating to Digital Energy activity.
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, BS Business administration, Management, Marketing or other business
  • course

  • Minimum of five (5) years of Sales experience in a related industry or in a different segment but with strong will to learn
  • and adopt in the electrical market.

  • Experience in Project Sales for Building Management and Contractors; Excellent understanding on channel
  • management, market segmentation and strategic planning and execution.

  • With entrepreneurial mindset, a business developer and with strong appetite for growt
