Job Description

  • stage 1(1-2 months). To learn the products and to arrange company’s data and administration database. This includes mainly products information, suppliers information, relevant addresses and general.
  • All to be organised in directories.

  • stage 2, learning the online ordering and fulfilment process. We have around 3 to 8 orders a month
  • stage 3, after passing the above two stages and learning the company administration, ordering and fulfilment workflows, and arranging the administration database, the ongoing job is running the routine.
  • Again, we don’t have many orders, 3 to 8 orders, since products are high value boutique items


  • Someone who has 1-3 years of experience in the same field and knowledge of the operations.
  • Excellent in English communication skills : writing, speaking, and reading.
  • With basic knowledge in using MS Office and Google Drive
  • Well organized and dependable
  • Very high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proactive and with good multitasking skills
