Essential to your success in this role will be an unrivalled ability to establish and maintain quality referral networks, as well as proactively serving the customer base and maintaining these relationships.


  • Closing sales from inbound and outbound phone calls (Leads provided)
  • Closing sales from incoming emails and live chats
  • Responding to Sales Account calls in a professional and timely manner
  • Building rapport and data mining relevant customer information
  • Making it Crazy easy for our customers to succeed online
  • Logging Sales / Account calls and emails
  • Providing excellent support and Best in World customer service
  • Politely and professionally deal with all forms of sales enquiries
  • Escalating serious issues and prioritizing these without any panic
  • Sales and Technical Training and assistance provided
  • Requirements

  • If you want 9 to 5, this job is not for you
  • Must want to earn more than ever before, unlimited commissions
  • Must have 2 years proven sales achievement
  • Must be hungry for success and hungry to earn
  • Must be open minded and willing to learn
  • Must be committed to working hard and have competitive spirit
  • Must be a lateral thinker and solution provider
  • Self-motivated, career driven, results orientated and customer focused
  • Must be able to build rapport and have strong telephone skills
  • Must be confident and ability to comprehend and interpret customer information
  • Must have excellent English communication skills : written, spoken and listening
  • Must be a team player and be ready to take yourself to the next level
  • Must be positive and strong, this is not for the faint hearted
  • Must be adept in using CRMS tools
