SUMMARY OF ROLE
The Project Design Engineer is responsible for the accurate and timely completion of Residential Project Design deliverables that are within the fully established standard operating procedures.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Possess deep understanding of the design guidelines and apply the techniques and skills necessary to execute tasks
Drive to completion Project Design Plan sets consisting of array layout, single line diagram, bill of materials, in a timely manner and within quality threshold
Consistently meet target output with no or minimal errors
Consistently deliver design requests within the required Service Level Agreement
Interact regularly with Design Engineer colleagues, Team Lead and Stakeholders for design process alignment
Comply with company policies and job expectations
Be open to change, creative, optimistic, and set the example for team culture
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Satellite Imaging Map Tools, Microsoft Office suite, Salesforce
Interpersonal skills ability to communicate effectively and interact within a team environment
Analytical skills ability to gather and analyze data, and solve problems
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
Able to work upright and stationary and / or standing for working hours
Able to communicate, receive, and understand information and ideas with diverse groups of people in a comprehensible and reasonable method
Able to use and learn standard office equipment and technology with proficiency
Able to work in the nightshift, weekends, and holidays
