Client and Regulatory Reporting is part of our Global Fund Services (GFS) business. The team is responsible in producing Fund Administrative Reports of Irish and Guernsey domiciled funds.

These reports contain the data of Fund Accounting, Transfer Agency and Pricing. The team is also responsible in the preparation of KIID, Central Bank Regulatory Returns and AIFMD Regulatory reports on a cyclical basis in accordance with regulatory guidelines to promote comparability and transparency between investors and investment products.

This is a highly specialist team providing a market leading service. We are currently recruiting for Analyst, Client and Regulatory Reporting to join our team.

  • The Analyst, Client and Regulatory Reporting - Key Investor Information Document is responsible for the following tasks;
  • Deliver high quality service to clients (internal & external) through accurate, timely completion of all assigned tasks and requests for information.
  • Preparation of monthly / quarterly Ongoing Charges Figure (OCF) and Synthetic Risk and Reward Profile (SRRI) of KIID.
  • Preparation of monthly / quarterly Other Ongoing Costs (OOOC) and NAV History of PRIIPS.
  • Issue Reports accurately and within defined timeframes
  • Perform tasks under supervision of defined processes or procedures and check for errors.
  • Seek to learn quickly and continually improve service offered.
  • Assist other colleagues as appropriate. Act as effective team member within the unit and with other units by imparting knowledge as appropriate
  • 0 - 1 year of experience in preparation of financial statements, regulatory reports, client and board reports of a Hedge Fund, Mutual Fund or financial institution
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or any business-related course
  • Knowledge of accounting concepts, financial instruments and products acquired through studies
  • Strong MS Word and Excel skills
  • Understanding of regulatory / statutory reporting (preferred)
  • Knowledge of related systems : Bloomberg, Reuters (preferred)
