  • What You'll Be Doing You'll use your get-it-done high-energy and professional approach in a consultative sales environment to understand a customer's needs and consult with them to determine the best solutions for those needs?

    You'll be the difference between a customer experience being just average or an exceptional one. We'll train you to be a subject matter expert in your field, so you can be confident in providing the highest level of service possible.

  • Consult with customers on technical support inquiries via a variety of communication channels that could include voice, email or chat
  • Open and maintain customer accounts and information
  • Respond to customer inquiries with compassion and active listening and select the best solution in an efficient manner
  • Resolve customer technical issues with patience and understanding
  • Identify additional needs customers may have and help them to upgrade products or services
  • Positively participate in company events, in team meetings, and support your peers

  • Exceptional conversational English verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Sales experience in a BPO, business-to-business, or consumer products (retail) environment where you have learned to ask probing questions and get to the heart of the customer's needs to recommend the best possible product or service to fit those needs
  • Handy with MS Windows and other computer applications
