Job Description

  • Assists in handling complaints, inquiries and concerns of residents.
  • Receives payment and issues proper official and provisional receipts, whichever is more appropriate, for every payment received.
  • Delivers circulars, letters, documents and other materials as instructed by the PMO.
  • Performs other duties and functions as may be assigned.
  • Minimum Qualification

  • Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any course.
  • With at least 6 months experience in related field.
  • Must be able to handle difficult customers.
  • Must have the ability to handle pressure.
  • Must be willing to work in Makati
