  • Customer Care Manager oversees the operations of the Customer Care Department; supervises the department’s four (4) sections, including the primary care center, thru its section head and unit supervisors.
  • Customer Care Manager will be directly reporting to the Medical Director. Qualifications :

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Professional License (Passed Board / Bar / Professional License Exam), Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree in Medical Science or equivalent.
  • At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • With experience being an Assistant Manager / Manager specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Application, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Above average communication and leadership skills.
