The Role

We are looking for an engineer who build and maintain microservices and key APIs that power our award-winning online and mobile banking platforms.

You'll be responsible for architecture, design, development, testing and operations and deliver incrementally in iterative cycles.

In this role, you will also maintain CI / CD pipelines, and design and maintain tools to automate operational processes and support full automation testing.

Additionally, you will work with your team to drive process improvements, test-driven development, and Agile and DevOps practices.

Qualifications

Proficient oral and written communications skills

Highly proficient in modern Enterprise JAVA or Scala

Proficient in Springboot, REST services design and implementation

Experience with Spark, Camel or AKKA

Experience with CI / CD tools and automation practices

Experience with Solr or Elasticsearch, Cassandra or other non-relational databases are highly appreciated

Familiarity with at least one cloud platform, preferably AWS or GCP

Familiarity with security / vulnerability tools

Familiarity with monitoring tools
