Job Description

Reporting directly to Asia Regional Controllers - miLens, Team Leader, the Financial Analyst is primarily responsible for management sales reporting through timey and accurate service delivery.

The role is responsible for monitoring the sales performance of all Asia markets its and major distribution channels.

Key Accountabilities :

  • Daily and monthly maintenance of MI Sales datamart.
  • Collection and analysis of financial and non-financial sales metrics from ten Asia markets.
  • Generate standard daily, bi-weekly, monthly and quarterly management reports according to the close schedule.
  • Identify and implement process improvements that positively impact the timeliness and data integrity of the management reports.
  • Learn, coordinate and work closely with business unit in migrating management reporting tasks to Manila team
  • Liaise and communicate with different teams / markets on any data submission issue.
  • Assist in the execution of focused initiatives including Finance Efficiency and Cost Fit.
  • Qualifications :

  • University degree in finance, business management or finance.
  • Excellent analytical, research and problem-solving skills
  • Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Excel (i.e. mastery of excel formulas and pivot tables is a must; VBA is a plus.
  • Advanced Knowledge of IFS Applications (Essbase, EAS Console)
  • Ability to work in ambiguous environment and adapt to change while managing time and workload with aggressive timelines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across cultures.
  • Ability to makes sound decisions in the absence of rules and / or in complex situations
