Job Description

  • Grows the Bio oncology business in his / her areas of responsibility and gain significant market shares in those areas through effective implementation of appropriate marketing strategies and programs, effective customer focus and integration;
  • and excellent use of resources.

  • Serves as the primary medium in building the business in those areas in coordination with Marketing, through the following major functions :
  • Superior communication of features, benefits and clinical applications of oncology products.
  • Excellent understanding and appreciation of the various nuances of cancer care
  • Effective and businesslike management of resources
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Required Skills

  • Graduate of any business course
  • Must have a pharmaceutical field experience gained either within UL or another pharma company.
  • Must have shown consistent superior results in terms of sales, product market share, and excellent relationship with doctors in sales territories handled during his past assignments.
  • Preferably has handled Oncology and hospital products
  • If experience in the above areas is not available, this can be substituted with the same number of years experience in promoting products in a hospital setting.
  • Superior negotiating skills proven by track record in previous jobs performed.
  • Superior communications skills; excellent presentation skills
  • Self-starter and team-player
  • Consistency as proven in results of sales performance, individual improvement, overall business results in his / her area of assignment
  • Good business sense (able to appreciate the importance of top line and bottom line as well as expense control); excellent analytical skills with the ability to utilize internally and externally generated data which would impact on his / her area of assignment
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
