Job Description

  • Overall in-charge of the online marketing strategy for Dyson's e-Commerce and monitors performance in key metrics.
  • Manages and has access to Seller Center and all its features including order management, uploading of SKUs, updating of stocks allocation, submission of promos, visual merchandising of the online flagship store, and customer support.
  • Works closely with Marketing Team to create a marketing plan for big campaigns like 9.9, 11.11, 12.12, and other monthly online flash sales / campaigns.
  • Decorate the store and uploads collaterals according to campaign or promo.
  • Submits order requests to Merchandising Team daily and promptly processes it online when the item is ready.
  • Updates SKUs at a critical level, pending orders, and failed deliveries.
  • Promptly supports customer inquiries via chat and comments and uses canned responses according to brand guidelines as a guide.
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience in handling premium brands is a huge advantage.
  • Familiar with best practices for online marketing promotion and up-to-speed with the latest trends.
  • Energetic, team player and adaptable to fast pacing of the digital landscape.
  • Good communication and presentation skills;
