In this role, you would provide first level technical support to Connected Warehouse Enterprise Performance Management Software as a Service - customers globally.

You would ensure that defined service levels are met using processes, best practices and tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support for incidents and request for fulfillments.
  • Support users providing basic training and resolving configuration issues.
  • Screen and proactively address events from monitoring systems.
  • Maintain and use ticketing, knowledge management and contact-center systems.
  • Interact with customers by e-mail, phone and / or collaboration tools.
  • Provide 24*7 on-duty or on-call support as required.
  • Escalate more complex incidents and request for fulfillments to second-level support.
  • Comply with applicable processes and policies.
  • Meet performance metrics.
  • Drive customer experience.
  • Perform all activities in a timely manner.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management & Logistics, Reliability Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience with or strong interest in IOT and SaaS solutions.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (minimum CEFR C2).
  • Readiness to work in foreign business hours like for example US Eastern (EST) Time Zone.

  • Strong alignment with Honeywell Behaviors.
  • Successful completion of AZ-900 : Microsoft Azure Fundamentals certification.
