Responsibilities :

Provide technical support to management platform of the client

Attend to system inquiries and concerns

Assist inquiries such as troubleshooting through call or email

Investigate and resolving problems in the company’s systems and services

Participate in managing the development of internal support services.

Requirements :

Preferably native and Non- Native national Fluent in German.

Good English communication skills

Open for graduates and undergraduates

Knowledgeable in using computer

Background in CS / TSR / IT and related field is a plus.
