DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : 1. Assist tenant on the following : Checks Insurance Policy (CGLI / CARI)Actual ingress (new / incoming tenant)Actual pull-out / egress (terminated / pre-terminated / non-renewed tenant)Tenant’s ingress of items, assets, equipments, etc.
defective for repair, for replacement) existing tenantTenant’s pull-out / egress of items, assets, equipment and dismantling of fixed assets, improvements (outgoing / terminated tenant)Tenant’s minor repair (electrical, signage, menu board, store facilities and equipment, repainting)Installation of temporary electric / water meter for constructing tenant (get initial and final reading)Turnover of leasable space to tenants.
Meeting with tenantsAssist tenants during repairs / overnight worksMonitoring of terminated / pre-terminated tenants (clearance to egress / turnover of leased area)2.
Monitoring on tenant’s construction phase3. Implementation of House Rules and Guidelines and provisions of Contract of Lease.
4. Provide MMR to Billing Head Office.5. Collate CTC from Security Personnel to be submitted to head office PMU.6. Check verification of Tenant’s Violation / Offense Monitoring to be submitted to Head Office PMU.
7. Conduct Safety Audit / Inspection8. Preparation of Technical Reports9. Close coordination with other department for any operations related concerns : Marketing- for the marketing display / collateral, additional merchandise, etc.
Billing and Collection- for tenant accountsProject development- for civil work concerns10. Inspection of building (Property Company).
11. Facilitate break open and inventory taking.12. Provide updates for Major concerns (Tenant / Building) to PMU Head Office.
13. Mall performance report (Update Monthly)14. Post evaluation reports (Every after event).15. To provide relevant information (urgent) to superior.
Willing to do field work;Willing to be assigned in GMA Cavite and other Cavite areas
