Duties & Responsibilities

  • At least 2 practice areas in HR, with specialization in recruitment; the other practice areas are either employee relations, talent engagement, organizational development, learning and talent development, compensation and benefits administration, etc.
  • Ability to do end-to-end recruitment with experience in volume, technical, sales, customer service, specialised and multilingual hiring
  • Ability to develop RUBRICs or metrics for targeted selection process
  • Handle initial interview of candidates to include assessment in communication, product, and behaviour
  • Act as a primary contact for candidates throughout the process
  • Support the Resourcing and Channel development team during job fairs, and other related sourcing activities
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of employees' personal files, i.e., pre-employment documents to include employment contracts and medical assessment and results;
  • completion of initial documentation prior to moving these to the HR Operations team;
  • Coordinate with Clinic Management Services group of the HR Operations team on the medical results of candidates to ensure that we are hiring health-fit candidates
  • Conduct new hire orientation
  • Update new employees database and candidates tracking database and ensure accuracy of information
  • Provide relevant reports needed by HR management or other functions
  • Ability to provide strong talent customer experience
  • Other tasks / functions that may be assigned by the Company as per business requirement. These may change from time to time to reflect the changing requirement of your position and our business.
