â¢Excellent interpersonal skills, including both verbal and written communication.
â¢Very Strong Fluency with English in order to support the US customers.
â¢Working knowledge of Windows, Office and network infrastructure
â¢Advanced knowledge of Network Security trends and best practices
â¢Ability to quickly assimilate new information and relate it to the Client's Infrastructure
â¢Must be a team player and works well with other.
â¢Strong individual contributor skills to work independently.
â¢A good understanding of incident and problem management processes.
â¢High attention to detail, ability to interpret technical data to resolve problems.
â¢Ability to think logically and work through a problem.
â¢Advanced proficiency in troubleshooting skills.

â¢Drive and tenacity required to deliver quality results in a timely fashion and work effectively under pressure.
â¢Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology
