Point of contact for all provisioning related inquiries from various Business Partners (Sales, Support, customer)
Ensure provisioning of all customer accounts occurs in accordance as per company policy and within SLA guidelines
Diagnose provisioning issues and escalate to Customer Support or Engineering as needed and driving issue to resolution
Become Subject Matter Expert on all aspects of Provisioning and becoming trusted partner to Business partners
Excellent customer service provided to both internal and external customers via email, phone, and other means of communication
Ability to multitask and juggle multiple tasks and execute based on urgency and priority seamlessly
Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis as related to provisioning as requested
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS :
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree , Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent.
1-2 years relatable experience (Billing, Order Management, Provisioning)
Software provisioning experience is a plus
Ability to work independently
Excellent Communication Skills - oral and written
Experience in SaaS industry is a plus
Commitment to excellent Customer Service
