  • Point of contact for all provisioning related inquiries from various Business Partners (Sales, Support, customer)
  • Ensure provisioning of all customer accounts occurs in accordance as per company policy and within SLA guidelines
  • Diagnose provisioning issues and escalate to Customer Support or Engineering as needed and driving issue to resolution
  • Become Subject Matter Expert on all aspects of Provisioning and becoming trusted partner to Business partners
  • Excellent customer service provided to both internal and external customers via email, phone, and other means of communication
  • Ability to multitask and juggle multiple tasks and execute based on urgency and priority seamlessly
  • Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis as related to provisioning as requested

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree , Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years relatable experience (Billing, Order Management, Provisioning)
  • Software provisioning experience is a plus
  • Ability to work independently
  • Excellent Communication Skills - oral and written
  • Experience in SaaS industry is a plus
  • Commitment to excellent Customer Service
