You Will Do

  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support by responding to incident tickets
  • Work closely as part of the Client’s team in identifying and implementing solutions
  • Troubleshooting, technical and functional support, system maintenance / administration
  • Keep up to date on new technology, features and functionality released in Microsoft's Dynamics NAV / BC systems and add-on products from other vendors
  • Communicate with clients in a proactive and collaborative manner
  • Provide technical (MS Dynamics NAV) support and assistance to clients end-user
  • You Should Have

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, or similar technical discipline
  • At least 2 years of experience as System Administrator
  • 2+ years in a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (formerly Microsoft Dynamics NAV) support or implementation role
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (Microsoft Dynamics NAV)
  • Experience providing 1st - 2nd Line support
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem skills
  • Experience in Pre Sales is an advantage
  • Financial / Accounting Background is an advantage
  • Able to work on own initiative as well as part of a global team
  • Customer service-oriented individual
