Job Description

The communications officer will work closely with the management team of Ubisoft Philippines and the communications team in Singapore to implement social media strategy of the Philippines studio, help organizing internal and external events, improve employer branding.


  • Assist to carry out marketing strategies, customer campaigns and events in order boost Ubisoft as an employment brand
  • Brand management

  • Manage and maintain the company brand and brand strategy
  • Create and maintain brand assets (posters, flyers, social media posts, short videos etc.)
  • Create and execute the social media strategy for the studio on all our platforms (Facebook, Linkedin, website)
  • Monitor performance and progress of communication plans using metrics and data
  • Internal communication

  • Manage employee communications strategy and plan to boost engagement
  • Develop and manage internal events
  • Develop and execute communication campaigns with employees
  • Create, maintain, develop communication channels and material (e.g. powerpoint, brochures, banners)
  • Monitor performance and progress of communications plans using metrics and data
  • Stakeholder management

  • Collaborate effectively with senior leadership of the studio and the regional communication team
  • Some collaboration with external stakeholders will be required
  • Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience
  • Degree in business, marketing, communications or journalism
  • Excellent writing skills, an eye for detail and a creative approach to social media
  • Strategic thinking and bias for action
  • Possess strong creative, planning, project and budget management when it comes to events.
  • The ideal candidate must have a passion for gaming or entertainment
  • Video editing experience is a plus
