foodpanda (small f’) is the world’s favorite way to order food online from the comfort of your home or office. Whether it’s getting your hands on your favorite pasta, kebab or pizza, we believe that no one should have to suffer from hunger attacks ever again.

However, this doesn’t happen without some really awesome people. We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our team in Makati, Manila.

Job Description : As an HR Generalist, you will particularly own processes related to payroll and benefits, employee relations, third-

party management and records management, among others. You will work closely with the HR Manager as you will form part of the team that drives the people operations and organizational development of foodpanda Philippines Payroll and Benefits -

Lead the processing of regular payroll cycle from time and attendance management / delivery performance report up to bank file preparation.

  • Manage HMO enrollment, update or deactivation-Prepare statutory reports and facilitate payment to respective government bodies such as SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-
  • ibig-Help process employee loans and transaction requests for SSS, PhilHeat and Pag-ibig Employee Relations -Safeguard orderliness in the workplace by making sure that code of discipline and HR policies are being observed-

    Manage disciplinary cases by conducting investigation and communicating decisions based on facts gathered and legal consultation-

    Partner with other key stakeholders to resolve disciplinary cases and employee disputes -Represent the company to DOLE / NLRC hearings as deemed required in close coordination with legal Administration -

    Prepare contracts, letters and manage 201 records-Manage third party vendors' payroll and billing-Assist in employee engagement activities-

    Be exposed to other facets of HR and join mini projects in recruiting, training, events,etc.-Other HR projects / tasks as assigned Qualifications :

  • Preferably 3years of HR related experience in a fast-paced working environment (shared services, bpo, outsourcing) with strong exposure to labor relations, payroll, and benefits.
  • Possess a positive, self-driven and team-oriented attitude and is always eager to learn new things
  • Enjoy getting along with people from different backgrounds
  • Able to motivate people and be a problem solver when encountering challenges
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in both English and Tagalog
  • Working knowledge of MS Office tools and tech-savvy
  • Can start immediately
