As a Credit & Cash Management Specialist, you will be at the core of providing quality execution of credit and cash management transactions to JTI in Asia Pacific and Americas.


  • You will provide commendable execution and delivery of credit and cash management services.
  • You will collaborate with different stakeholders as part of the Order to Cash (O2C) pillar.
  • You will be directly involved in updating Accounts Receivable (AR) accounts, including processing transactions and monitoring balances, and collecting necessary data for credit management purposes.
  • You will accurately process payments or deposits from DSO customers and Product Sales Representatives (PSRs).
  • YOU ARE :

  • A college graduate with a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or any related course. Being CPA or ACCA-certified is a plus.
  • Knowledgeable of credit management policies and procedures and statutory accounting principles
  • Experienced in working for 1 year by being part of logistics, customer service, or credit management team of a multinational company or GBS
  • Experienced in using SAP and other ERP systems
  • A good communicator and ambassador with fluency in English
  • An adaptable team player with impressive process management and customer-oriented skills
