CREDIT & CASH MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST
As a Credit & Cash Management Specialist, you will be at the core of providing quality execution of credit and cash management transactions to JTI in Asia Pacific and Americas.
WHAT WILL YOU DO :
You will provide commendable execution and delivery of credit and cash management services.
You will collaborate with different stakeholders as part of the Order to Cash (O2C) pillar.
You will be directly involved in updating Accounts Receivable (AR) accounts, including processing transactions and monitoring balances, and collecting necessary data for credit management purposes.
You will accurately process payments or deposits from DSO customers and Product Sales Representatives (PSRs).
YOU ARE :
A college graduate with a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance or any related course. Being CPA or ACCA-certified is a plus.
Knowledgeable of credit management policies and procedures and statutory accounting principles
Experienced in working for 1 year by being part of logistics, customer service, or credit management team of a multinational company or GBS
Experienced in using SAP and other ERP systems
A good communicator and ambassador with fluency in English
An adaptable team player with impressive process management and customer-oriented skills
