Job Description

  • Lead criteria setting, assessment and development of Distributor Network according to defined standard.
  • Implement, follow-up and update Field Sales Plan for the assigned distributor.
  • Support in development of Field Sales and Category Channel Plans.
  • Ensure distributors are performing their roles and achieving KPI targets set.
  • Ensure development and coaching of direct reports
  • Ensure adherence to all company principles and policies and local regulations. Qualifications
  • Graduate of Marketing, Business or equivalent
  • Has at least 2-3 years experience in Marketing or Sales
  • Has proven track record and has successfully delivered on KPIs
  • Has demonstrated an ability to lead a team
  • Has capacity to understand all sales functions i.e. CCSD, Customer, Field
  • Having key account management experience is a plus
  • Must possess selling and good interpersonal skills
