Job Title : People Operations Specialist

Location : Philippines

Role Summary :

We are looking for a People Operations Specialist to own Genesys’ Global Compliance training in partnership with Legal, HR, and other cross-functional stakeholder departments.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate good project management skills, superior communication (written and oral and organizational skills), and be technical savvy.

They will be responsible for coordinating the various aspects of the organizational compliance program including deadlines, vendor relationships, learning management system (LMS), and documentation gathering to support internal and external audits.

Role Responsibilities :

  • Collaborates with Legal, HR, procurement, and functional teams to help develop and implement an annual compliance program and governance to ensure 100% on time completion.
  • Assist in performing annual analysis, review, and update of compliance training to ensure consistency for Genesys functional and organizational compliance needs.

    Assists in ensuring Global compliance training requirements such as Workplace Respect, Anti-Harassment, GDPR, workplace safety and more are met.

    Assist in creating and implementing compliance governance including an annual compliance schedule, audit reports, secure document storage processes, and communication plans to keep stakeholders up-to-date.

    Optimize processes including deployment, reporting, and audit record keeping. Responsible for developing, testing, launching, tracking, and escalation management for compliance training within the relevant HR System (LMS).

    Assist in managing external vendor relations and partner with the Legal team and cross-functional groups to identify compliance training needs and risks.

    Recommend new vendors and content when needed as directed by Legal, HR, and the functional teams. Lead for requests from functional areas for data to support internal and external audits and government requests for proof of training compliance.

    Role Requirements :

  • Knowledge of project management tools, compliance standards, and risk assessment experience. LMS experience including content management, automation, notification, reporting, and tracking Adapt quickly to changing situations and clearly communicate change to impacted stakeholders.
  • Superior computer skills with good skills in Microsoft Office applications, specially Excel, Tableau and other databases.

    Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with applicable privacy and security rules and regulations. Experience working at a larger global organization in a regulated environment is a plus.
