Bachelor’s degree graduate of any course
At least 4 years work experience leading Lean and Six Sigma projects
Lean Six Sigma Trained / Certified
Expertise in Business Process Transformation, Continuous Improvement and Project Management
Strong stakeholder management skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Willing to work on holidays, weekends, shifting schedules and extended working hours
