Job Description : 75% of the time :
75% of the time :
Use technical coding skills to help deliver child sponsorship engagement features that meet all global quality standards, child protection policy, and other Partnership requirements.
Build and be part of a team that builds production workflow solutions.
Identify issues / risks in assigned tasks and escalate to leads and managers
Perform and complete knowledge transfer to other staff, where applicable.
20% of the time :
Assist and support Project Coordinators in delivery against daily, weekly or regular production targets.
5% of the time :
Complete other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer science (or related), Communications, Marketing, Project or Business Management, or related field.
Diploma or training in these fields may be considered for candidates with highly applicable work experience.)
Capacity to manage own time and sub-team workload, adhere to minimum standards documentation, and work with very high attention to detail.
At least 2-3 years of work experience in IT or coding environment (or aforementioned fields) Advance skills in MS Office, specifically Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and Outlook.
Proven experience in a coding or workflow solutions / architecture, would be considered a bonus.
Experience working in NGO or other large, global organisation.
