We'™re looking for a Senior Executive - Customer Insights and Analytics to join our Customer Service and Experience team.

A candidate who is confident in working with numbers, pulling, organizing, and analyzing data, and passionate about turning data into information, information to insight, and insight into actionable business decisions that will positively impact ZALORA PH will be a good fit for this role.

We also need a creative problem solver who can spot gaps in our customers' experiences and think of novel and optimal solutions.

Working in a young, tech company allows for a collaborative environment where you are highly encouraged to think outside the box.

Last but not the least, we would love to work with someone who is just as comfortable getting their hands dirty as they are with strategizing.

You will need to see your insights through ' from ideation to implementation ' so we hope you will be self-driven, independent, but also great at rallying project teams.

Responsibilities :

  • Translate large amounts of data into insights and stories that can drive change in strategy and tactics
  • Analyze complex data sets to develop actionable insights that can drive impactful business decisions
  • Leverage on business storytelling skills that are clear, concise, and actionable
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service and Experience team in interpreting analysis results to focus on actionable next steps.
  • Develop ad-hoc reports that will lead to insights and analysis needed for the Customer Service and Experience team.
  • Develop informative repeatable reporting, data monitoring, and other strategies that help uncover gaps relevant to the consumer experience.
  • Summarize data from multiple sources in developing consumer behavioral insights
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Economics or related field
  • Has a demonstrated ability with Data Analysis and Preparation including the use of statistical methods and experience with large data sets.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Knowledgeable and hands-on experience in using reporting tools ( Google Data Studio, Tableau, Qlik Sense ) and customer service tools ( Zendesk or Freshdesk )
  • Experienced or knowledgeable in data manipulation languages / techniques
  • Strong analytical skills' with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Self-starter, very organized with great project management skills, able to balance several projects at once and work to tight deadlines
  • Can communicate thoughts, ideas, information, and messages effectively in a clear and concise manner that stakeholders can understand
