Job Description ?The Finance Manager is responsible for all areas relating to Finance including Payroll, Accounting and Reporting Functions.
Reports Financial status by developing forecasts, reporting results and analysing variances?Effective Budgeting and Forecasting?
Monitor and analyse P&L at a department level and provide insights and analysis.?Respond to queries from the MD regarding financial results, reporting requests and the like?
Develop and ensure implementation of accounting and finance policies and procedures?Attend to Tax, internal and external audits and other related matters for the company?
Identifies opportunities for improvement, cost reduction and systems enhancement?Ensure compliance to various statutory reporting requirements such as Financial Statements, taxes, permits and licenses
More than 5 years experience revolving around Finance / Accounting experience with proven leadership and management experience in Finance and Controlling.
Experience in a start-up is highly preferred
