Salary Grade / Salary : 07 Php 13,890.00

Place of Assignment : Office of the ARD for Administration

Qualification Standards (Per CSC MC 1, s. 1997)

Education : Completion of two-year studies in college or High

School Graduate with relevant vocational / trade course

Training : None required

Experience : None required

Eligibility : Career Service Sub-professional / First Eligibility

  • Primary Functions :

    vKeep daily schedule of activities of the Assistant Regional Director (ARD).

    vArrange official appointments of the ARD and remind the latter of her appointment.

    vAnswer telephone calls for the ARD, make telephone calls for the ARD.

    vType correspondence, reports, speeches and other documents.

    vScreen and attend callers seeking an appointment with the ARD.

    vMaintain and update official, personal files.

    vPerform other related tasks that may be assigned.

  • Transcript of Records and Diploma
  • Certificate of trainings / seminars attended
  • Certificate of Employment
  • Valid PRC Report of Rating and License (if applicable)
  • Civil Service Certificate of Eligibility (if applicable)
  • Internal staff should submit performance evaluation from immediate supervisor and performance rating which is at least very satisfactory for the last rating period (July to December 2013).

    Request for extension of submission will not be entertained.Applicants who failed to submit the complete requirements are considered disqualified.
