The Learning and Development Manager is responsible for leading and driving the open enrollment curriculum across the Asia Region.

In this role you will help ensure we are meeting the learning needs of our people, drive the marketing of our learning programs, facilitate sessions, continually assess the strength of the curriculum, and consult with vendors to design and deliver learning solutions that drive our business.

This multifaceted role requires a motivated and experienced learning professional who is looking for a role that will allow them to take our learning curriculum to the next level.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to :

  • Manage relationships with vendors, co-design high impact content, and ensure required compliance with all vendor management requirements
  • Elevate the L&D brand within region and lead the planning and execution of our L&D communications and marketing strategy, ensuring maximum impact of our programs
  • Oversee the administration and logistics of training delivery.
  • Create management reports that leverage our data to provide insights on impact and effectiveness of our learning solutions to our businesses
  • Collaborate with L&D colleagues across Macquarie to co-create regional talent and culture initiatives and contribute to ambitious global projects
  • Continuously improve our L&D curriculum and processes
  • Share your subject matter expertise with stakeholders to help tailor exceptional learning solutions for our Asia business
  • Relevant Experience :

  • Extensive experience developing creative and engaging training / content,
  • Project management skills and the ability to analyze and evaluate the impact and effectiveness of learning solutions
  • A passion for facilitation, drawing on excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrable knowledge of learning strategies, channels, techniques and methods, with experience in communicating and marketing L&D solutions
  • Experience linking organizational strategy and learning objectives
  • Proven ability to build strong working relationships, internal and external to the organization
  • Driven and motivated wants to be hands on’ to get the right solution for their client every time. Comfortable contributing beyond the limits of their job description.
  • Loves to coach and support others. Passionate about talent with demonstrable examples of success helping others develop their careers.
