Overview :

  • Night Shift, US Telecommunication Account
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing general inquiries related to billing, account / service maintenance, and other products / services including upselling, through voice or chat.
  • Qualifications :

  • Must be 18 years old and above
  • Must be amenable to do sales
  • High school / senior high school graduate - With at least 6 months BPO experience (ops tenure)
  • College graduate / completed at least 2 years in college (no back subject)
  • Amenable to work on holidays, weekend, and shifting schedule
  • Professional, enthusiastic, and customer service oriented
  • Skills Required :

  • Excellent written communication
  • Must have keen attention to details
  • Must have good conversational skills
  • Must have good negotiation skills
  • Must have good problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to multi-task and access multiple data source simultaneously
  • Ability to probe effectively
  • Ability to educate customers on inquiries and other product information
  • Ability to handle issues and complaints in a courteous and professional manner
