Peak Support, a rapidly growing outsourcing firm serving some of today’s most innovative companies, is seeking an exceptional Tier 2 Technical Associates from the Philippines to join our growing team.
This is is an entry-level position that plays a critical role in supporting our user base on operational utilization, website navigation, and functionality, as well as issue troubleshooting.
You will be providing Level 1 and Level 2 Support directly to our user base via our ticketing system. This role is essential in helping our customers quickly and successfully utilize our cloud-based application portfolio and technology to drive results for their businesses.
