1. SELL TO CUSTOMERS

Smile, greet customers & encourage them to buy itemsby presenting features & benefits &

offering latest promotions

2. DISPLAY ITEMS

Display complete assortment of items in the selling areabased on official guidelines & put

away items handled by customers

3. CHECK ITEMS FOR DEFECTS

Inspect items for damage, wrong / lost price tags or stock-outsduring off-peak hours; alert

stock clerk for pull-out or replenishment

4. ASSIST CUSTOMERS

Answer customer questions or complaints & assistbefore or after a sale; give shopping carts or escort to counters

5. CLEAN THE SELLING AREA

Clean the assigned selling pads during off-peak hoursincluding the items on display & fixtures

Qualifications :

  • Candidate must be at least High School graduate
  • Trustworthy, detail-oriented and can work with minimal supervision
  • Flexible to be assigned to work schedules supporting the retail operational hours
  • Willing to be assigned in The SM Store - Baliwag
  • Fresh graduates or within College level are welcome to apply
