The Role : Product Intelligence Analyst

Grade (relevant for internal applicants only) : 8

The Location : Makati, Philippines

The Team : The Credit Analytics team focuses on defining, managing and supporting data, analytics and workflow solutions for risk analysis in the markets and sectors we serve.

This creative team collaborates cross sector and drives continuous improvements in product innovation and usability.

The Impact : This role will work closely with the Product Management team and the Development, Sales and Relationships management teams to develop business requirements, deliver product initiatives, build Credit Analytics Excel templates, and support the offering in the market working with clients, prospects and our Product Operation organization.

You will contribute to the product vision, capture and prioritize requirements, and help define the platform roadmap and go-to-market strategy.

You will work closely with our user experience, development, and quality assurance teams to deliver new capabilities to market.

Responsibilities :

You are responsible for developing key deliverables, ultimately driving revenue by meeting the needs of current clients, displacing competitors, penetrating new markets, solving new problems, or selling to new client bases.

  • To have in depth knowledge on market segments, competition, client issues, use case and workflows in order to drive continued product innovation and value creation for the business.
  • Driving product roadmap timelines and execution for multiple delivery channels such as Desktop, Excel, API’s & Feeds.
  • Support go-to-market strategies for product rollout / launch.
  • Contributing to CA product strategy.
  • Drive growth for our existing solutions, identify new client segments and help define our short and long-term product strategies.
  • Support rapid product prototypes and product designs, market sizing efforts and user persona definitions to support product discovery and execution.
  • Collaborate across teams on idea generation, product specifications, capability assessments, resource allocation and product development activities.
  • Source and analyze market feedback and translate this feedback into product enhancements and new product opportunities ensuring a client first approach
  • What We’re Looking For :

  • Demonstrated ability to initiate, define and deliver initiatives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong meeting facilitation, communication, and presentation / public speaking skills
  • History of working well in a group setting and proven ability to deliver results.
  • Effective presentation skills and the ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
  • Flexible in working any shifts.
  • Quick in decision making while dealing with client issues.
  • Out of the box thinking to solve business problems
  • Assess the market and executing the product strategy through cross team collaboration,
  • Working closely with key stakeholders across the sales, marketing, customer support and operational teams to ensure the successful delivery of key initiatives
  • Gathering requirements and collect feedback from internal stakeholders and clients to help define the business requirements for new releases.
  • Write product specifications / user stories, conducts feature and theme-based market research with clients
  • Assist in providing content and reviewing documentation for release or new features.
  • Support training activities and assist in providing client product support.
  • Supports the wider product strategy team in assessing the market and defining strategy for that product.
  • Basic Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s in Business, Economics, Finance or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional team and provide input into decisions.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong in MS Excel, (SQL, Tableau preferred)
  • Amenable to work in Makati

    Flexible to work in EMEA or US hours
