Job Description :
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in BGC.
Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Finance - Audit / Taxation or equivalent.
5+ Work experience in a Banking or Internal Audit (within Bank or outside) environment is a must
3+ years experience in Process and Internal Control Implementation, Coordination, Scheduling and Key Control Testing / Audit of Design and Operating Effectiveness, through walkthroughs, mapping of controls to local procedures, methodical sampling, etc.
Worked in a 3 Lines of Defense environment is an advantage
Experience in Conducting Non-Financial Risk Assessments is a must, plus knowledge of assessing level of Residual Risk (after mitigating controls are deemed effective) is an advantage.
Must be able to perform varied simultaneous tasks in an environment of medium to high complexity
Coordination of goals, progress, tracking and follow up with various parties of different nationalities must be a gained skill through previous experience
Must be able to write and summarize test results in a concise and complete detailed output
It is an advantage to have experience in Various testing techniques such as :
o Examination of documentation
o Analysis of data sets to determine testing operating effectiveness
Bachelors degree Banking and Finance, Audit related courses
Masters degree is an advantage
Proficient in maximizing Microsoft Office Applications.
Knowledge in non-financial risk tools such as iRisk is preferred
Good analytical skills
Skills in prioritization and organization with keen attention to details
Skills in accurate data management
Keen on pursuing continuous process improvement
Capable of work under pressure especially with tight deadlines
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
Able to manage different nationalities as part of Risk and Control Function role
