The role of the Lead Generation Specialist (LDS) is to assist the B2BE Sales Team in building and maintaining our CRM system by researching, routing, updating, monitoring, sending emails, and adding leads that match our ideal customer profile.

You will manage and grow a sales pipeline via in-depth vetting of qualified new opportunity leads for B2BE. You will manage and report on all leads disseminated to the Sales Team and collaborate on strategies to streamline and improve lead generation activity.

Job Description :

Develop and accomplish a leads generation plan, strategically aligned with the verticals established within the company.

Ability to generate own leads. Perform in-depth online research to qualify sales leads from various sources.

Source new sales opportunities, do follow-up calls and outbound cold calls and emails.

Proactively participate in the innovation of new techniques and strategies for streamlining process to disseminate leads.

Establish contact with high volume of potential clients to obtain key information and to identify decision makers to meet qualified lead criteria.

Ensure that contacts are aware of B2BE solutions / capabilities and are interested, therefore qualified to move on to a discussion with Sales team.

Maintain the sales prospecting database for the company ensuring that all new entries in the database are of acceptable standard of accuracy and detail.

Keep up-to-date records of leads, opportunities and account information into B2BE CRM

Update B2BE CRM with progress on a daily basis, provide information for reporting purposes when required.

Track, manage and report on all generated leads and related CRM activity.

Follow-up with lead contacts and provide additional service / product information, as appropriate.

Maintain contact with new and existing clients to communicate the new and existing B2BE solutions and deliver a detailed account strategy.

Develop successful relationships with sales and internal departments.

Disseminate / communicate leads to the sales team in a timely and accurate manner.

Coordinate introductory meetings and conference calls for the sales team.

Foster superior client service, responsiveness and company representation during new and existing client interactions.

Develop immense knowledge of competitor’s products, prices, and services.

Attend industry conferences, trade shows, conventions to develop industry expertise and to team build.

Produce the required number and type of qualified leads on a monthly basis.

Meet and exceed sales revenue targets and accomplish corporate objectives.

Keep an up to date, deep working knowledge of B2BE solutions and be able to relay this in an engaging and effective way.

Offer add-on opportunities to our customers such as other B2BE products / solutions.

Other duties and tasks as assigned.

Qualifications :

5+ years of B2B lead generation marketing experience.

3+ years experience in appointment setting in a B2B environment.

Experience with digital marketing solutions for lead generation.

Strong communication, listening and interpersonal skills.

Enjoys being on the phone speaking to prospects in different countries.

Ability to articulate a value proposition. Excellent verbal selling skills and the ability to effectively negotiate.

Proficiency in using CRM applications.

Knowledge of Digital Marketing and previous experience using Outreach or ClearSide (or similar Sales Engagement Platform) for marketing automation is a plus.

Positive attitude and ability to use own initiative; a quick learner who is adaptable.

Efficient organizational and project management skills to prioritize work effectively even under pressure.

Enjoy working within a target-driven team environment. Has desire to exceed expectations, with a record in achieving set targets and KPI’s.

2+ years of data mining experience is preferred. Proficient in using Excel and MS Office Tools.

Previous sales experience of B2B products / services is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business or Marketing or related field or equivalent work experience.

Willing to work in AU / NZ shift (7AM to 4PM PH Time).
