As a Senior MEPS Engineer you are responsible for managing and maintaining client relations primarily with companies developing infrastructure in the Philippines and United Sates that span the engineering spectrum like transportation, energy, agricultural, commercial single building projects and subdivision designs, water distribution and sewer collection systems, and residential subdivisions.

Lead execution of all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Sanitation (MEPS) work, to include schedule, plan, forecast, resource, and manage all relevant activities to ensure project quality, timeliness, and regulatory compliance.
Complete construction projects by preparing engineering design and documents, confirming specifications, and drawing preparation in AutoCAD Civil 3D.
Design construction projects by studying project concept, architectural drawings, and models.
Prepare engineering design by collecting and studying reports, maps, drawings, blueprints, aerial photographs, and tests on soil composition, terrain, hydrological characteristics, and related topographical and geologic data.
Determine project costs by calculating labor, material, and related costs.
Create feasibility study by analyzing engineering design, conducting environmental impact studies, and assembling data.
Produce engineering documents by developing construction specifications, plans, and schedules.
Maintain operations by enforcing project and operational policies and procedures.
Provide engineering information by answering questions and requests.
anticipating future legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; and advising management on needed actions.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Between 8 to 10 years of engineering experience as MEPS Engineer
Presentation and communications skills required
Detail orientation and organization skills required
College / University degree in engineering
Current Philippines Professional Engineering License is a must
Authorize to sign documents for Electrical, Fire, Sanitary, and plumbing
Ability to establish and nurture C-level relationships
CAD and AutoCAD proficiency required
Skilled in design, site development, and planning
Understanding and the application of legal compliance
Ability to operate independently (no technical input)
Level of comprehension should demonstrate an ability to design and authorize with confidence (meaning, signing the blueprints) their work under regulatory scrutiny.
