The Returns Team Leader is responsible to manage the ZALORA customer returns in the Fulfillment Center and coordinates return to customer service, sellers, and other stakeholders in the warehouse.
He or she will lead and supervise the returns team to meet the key performance indicators across productivity and lead time.
Being a Returns Team Leader ensures the returns process follows appropriate procedures and maintains SOPs updated as necessary.
Following continuous improvement initiatives, the Team Leader will contribute and execute the development of returns processes.
