Manage the implementation of all SP multi-channel initiatives and be on top of all vaccine advocacy initiatives of SP Philippines, including the traditional and digital media campaign for disease awareness of lay.

Manage the channel development marketing requirements in coordination with the Franchise Managers and the KAM Manager

Handle the Meninge Franchise and prepare of the launch of newer generation Meninge vaccine.

1. SALES AND PROFITABILITY

Grow the company through the product’s sales and profitability by optimizing resources within budget levels.

2. STRATEGY FORMULATION AND LIFE CYCLE MANAGEMENT

  • Manages life cycles of assigned products to achieve maximum growth and penetration potentials over the long term.
  • Manages the brand equity of assigned products as a key component of strategy formulation.
  • Take the lead in crafting the over-all MCE strategy of SP as a way to differentiate our position in the market.
  • 3. MARKET AND FINANCIAL PLANNING

  • Prepares business reviews, LRPs, budgets and marketing plans
  • Spearheads Strategic Planning Sessions for assigned products w / Sales counterparts.
  • 4. PROGRAM IMPLEMENTATION

  • Ensures timely and efficient implementation of MCEs and advocacy campaigns.

    5. ASSESSMENT OF ACTIVITIES

    Review effectivity of the marketing and below-the-line activities in order to determine success by measuring results vs KPIs

    6. COORDINATION OF ACTIVITIES

    Coordinate consumer activities by identifying the role of each department involved such as sales, marketing, logistics, third party suppliers in the activity in order to attain a smooth

    7. BUDGET MONITORING

    Monitor expenses vs. set budget in order to ensure proper allocation of funds.

    QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least 4-5 year course
  • Minimum 3 yrs. in marketing role. Experience in MCE and direct to consumer marketing an advantage
  • Efficient brand management, proven technical skills and marketing competencies, above average communication skills; MBA and skills enhancement training is an advantage
