Ensures the attainment of sales and EBIT targets as well as growth of our last year’s performance.Recommends possible solutions and actions to address customer complaints based on the result of customer survey forms.
Ensures that items are properly tagged and displayed in accordance with the approved store visual standards.Performs regular review of concessionaires’ performance and recommend possible actions to maximize gondola rentals and income.
Ensures accuracy of JDA inventory.Minimize store losses and pilferages and recommends possible solutions to arrest such.Spearheads all planning, organizational and developmental activities for all the store personnel.
Ensures smooth implementation of company policies, systems and procedures, and regulations in the store level.Ensures proper training of store personnel prior to their actual assumption of duties.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree in Economics, Finance / Accountancy / Banking, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Sales - Retail / General or equivalent.
