What you will learn and contribute to
Establish project plans : Prepare schedule as per SoW, allocate resources and monitor all activities
Handle customer and stakeholder’s engagement; understanding and maintaining efficient customer communication
Create, maintain, and manage deployment progress reports to ensure Nokia meet contractual scope of work, milestones and customer pre-requisites
Responsible for managing the end-to-end monitoring and closing of dependencies prior site implementation
Conducts regular sprint planning with the customer as well as retrospect for backlogs
Responsible for the over-all coordination of the end-to-end status of the project for reporting to the customer and internal management
Responsible in driving the closure of all multi-disciplines involved - from site engineering, site acquisition, structural investigation, to tower retrofitting.
Your skills and experience
You have :
At least 5 years experienced in roll-out planning
Excellent presentation, inter-personal and communication skills
It would be nice if you also had :
The willingness to travel and work longer hours
Is also a People Manager
