Job Summary Will handle end to end HR processes such as but not limited to handling employee concerns, and processing compensation and benefits concerns.
Submit time adjustments according to the time adjustment submission guidelines.
Duties / Responsibilities Process and verify LOA requests
Process and resolve helpdesk tickets through internal Helpdesk.
Generate Network logins for new hire agents or update for internal transfers.
Process Contact (Address, Email, Phone) changes.
Process Position code updates and advise of Promotions.
Do reports on Security and Compliance.
Answer HR Inquiries via Email or Phone
Process Employee Status Queue.
Verify Unemployment Claims, Wage Audits
Other duties as directed by supervisor Qualifications : "Must be detail oriented

Experience with Microsoft based technologies
