Summary of Role / Position
Aside from leading, the Business Analytics Team Lead is responsible for monitoring and supervising the team of analysts involved in Private Label business analysis-related initiatives.
S / he guides and trains the team members to fulfill their tasks related to the following aspects of the category team’s operations :
Strategically delegates tasks and tracks project status to meet targets and deadlines.
Establishes efficient and consistent process flow and ensures that team members use uniform templates on common projects.
Inspects work files to ensure quality and completeness.
Leads, initiates, and recommends projects and process improvements.
Creates and maintains detailed trackers and reports.
