Job Responsibilities :

Performs recruitment tasks such as screening, interviewing, encoding, managing 201 files, etc.

Onboarding the new employees

Responsible in preparing Manpower Requisitions

Maintains daily administrative duties and provide clerical tasks and on employee information database

Timekeeping of Employees

Handle Government compensation and benefits (online process and if needed to do personal filing), assist employees for SSS, PHIC, HDMF concerns

Performing Employee Relations Functions

Job Skills Required :

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Must be resourceful and have very good analytical and leadership skills

Must be outgoing and skilled at interpersonal interaction

Able to work with minimal supervision and collaborate with the team

Keen to details, reliable, results-oriented

Can handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
