Patching and upgrades of all bots in production
Quarterly bots assessment including vulnerabilities, fixes and cybersecurity compliance
Optimal running of bots as needed
Coordinate with other RPA team members for the production releases and dry runs support.
Maintain and manage inventory of all bots in productions including but not limited to bot issues, licenses, etc.
Provide technical RPA support, including investigating and qualifying operations bugs / errors, and maintaining accurate documentation, and restoring services in a timely manner
Ability to read and understand code (Code-competency) for diagnosis, escalation to tier 2 and 3 teams
Understand work expectations, prioritizes and anticipates critical issues and prepare accordingly
Timely Response to customer requests and queries by providing information with all relevant data points and clarity
Identify scenarios for possible future major incidents
Develop effective relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment of automation requirements and activities.
Other Qualifications / Requirements :
Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field of study from an accredited college or university.
1+ years of RPA Service support experience or 2+ years of operations experience
Good Experience in UiPath, SQL, Oracle, MS Excel and other Microsoft packages
Good understanding of exception handling best practices in an RPA environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective team member and capable of self-directed work
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and successfully manage deadlines Flexibility in scheduling with a willingness to work extra non-standard hours as needed
Fluent in English language, written and verbal
