Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
Minimum of 6 months 1 year of work experience as an IT Helpdesk Support, Technical Support, Desktop Support, or equivalent.
Experience in Computer troubleshooting or desktop support is a must.
Knowledgeable in Ticketing System and Active Directory .
Knowledgeable in the different Windows Operating Systems (Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7,8 10), Microsoft Office
Basic knowledge in the different software, PC technical system and Networking.
Good English Communication Skills .
Regular Day shift (Monday Friday, 8-5)
Willing to work in Makati City.
Can start ASAP.
