Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation - 201 Files.Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacation and days off.
Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides.Prepare, manage and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures Assists in timekeeping & attendanceAbility to effectively use computer software including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and HR softwareExcellent organizational and time-management skillsMonitors office facilities & office supplies.
Assists with various arrangements (Flight, transfers, dinner / lunch & accommodation bookings).Scout venues & suppliers for company events.
Minimum 6 months HR Admin experience.Willing to work to work night shifts.
